Yashodhara has helped conceptualize the “Open Heart Retreat” as a wholesome approach to wellness, intended to enable you to cultivate and nurture a Positive, Holistic and Healthy outlook towards fitness. This is more than just a weekend getaway! The Yoga is more than just exercise! The intention is to help you quiet your mind and be confident and comfortable in your skin. This time away will enable you to open your hearts to simplicity, compassion, friendships, acceptance and above all Love for the Self.
Your “Vairagya session” this will be time for you to get some time to yourself, to explore your surroundings dispassionately, you can take a leisurely walk through the forest, explore the beautiful architecture of the ancient temples or sit by the stream.
Enjoy soulful music, poetry, discussions on health, happiness, and bonding during our “soul connect”.
